  1. For cooking this tasty dish, you need both flour and semolina. Combination of these 2 ingredients make the taste so nice and specific. Mix them in one big bowl and add dry yeast, baking powder and salt.
  2. Mix dry ingredients with two yolks, vegetable oil and warm water.
  3. Whip everything with a whisk until you`re satisfied with the consistency of the dough. Then cover the bowl with the plastic wrap and leave for a half an hour.
  4. Thirty minutes later, you may start frying pancakes. Do not lubricate your frying pan with vegetable oil, since you`ve added it into the dough.
  5. Fry only one side of the pancake without flipping it. Repeat it with the rest of the dough.
  6. When you`ve finished frying pancakes, get down to cooking the sauce. Mix honey with melted butter carefully and you`ll have delicious supplement for the desert.
