Instructions:
  1. Fill a pan with water. Add sugar and butter. Simmer and wait until the sugar melts. Take the pan off the stove.
  2. Put the pan on the table. Add the flour. Mix everything quickly, using a wooden spoon. Keep stirring until the dough is smooth enough.
  3. Put the pan on the stove again. Don’t forget to stir everything constantly for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the eggs into the pan with the dough. Leave everything to cool down.
  5. Next, check whether the dough is thick enough. It should be quite elastic.
  6. Use a pastry bag, form small puffs on a tray.
  7. Preheat the oven to 356 F. Bake the cream puffs for 15 minutes, then lower the heat and continue baking this dessert for 10 more minutes. This will help you to make your puffs airier and crunchier.
  8. Take the tray out of the oven and leave them to cool down.

Finally, you can fill your cream puffs with your favourite flavour of cream. You can use whipped cream, pudding, or any other sweet mass. If you like, you can also decorate your cream puffs with frozen or fresh berries! Bon Appetit!
