  1. Fill the pan with the water. Add sugar and butter. Boil everything and wait until sugar melts. Turn off the fire.
  2. Put the pan on the table. Add the flour. Mix everything quickly, using a wooden spoon. Cook until the dough is smooth enough.
  3. Put the pan on the fire again. Don`t forget to stir everything constantly for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add eggs into the pan with this mass. Leave everything to cool down.
  5. Now check whether the mass is thick enough. It should be rather elastic.
  6. When you`re done, form the small cupcakes on the tray, using a pastry bag.
  7. Preheat the oven to 356 F. Cook tender cream puffs for 15 minutes. Then slow down the fire and continue baking this dessert for 10 more minutes. This will help you to make your cupcakes more airy and crunchy.
  8. Now take the tray out of the oven and leave them to cool down.
