Minestrone with Sundried Tomatoes

Cut all the veggies (except broccoli) into cubes.
Fry garlic and thyme in the pan with olive oil. You`ll need to cook everything only for a minute.

Then you need to add vegetable broth (you may replace it with water if you like). Cook everything for 7 more minutes. Add broccoli. Cook them for 5-7 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Turn off the fire and cover the pan with the lid. Leave your soup for 10 minutes.
