Instructions:
  1. Before you bake taco casserole, preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a baking tray with the olive oil. Preheat deep frying pan with the rest of oil as well. Cook fresh ground beef in it. Stir it carefully, using a wooden spoon. Fry ground beef for about 5 minutes.
  2. Chop onion and cut jalapeno pepper into thin slices. Add vegetables into the pan. Continue cooking everything over a low heat. Fry everything for 4 minutes. Then you will need to add minced garlic and cook everything for one more minute.
  3. Now add dry herbs and canned black beans. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in tomato paste and salsa. Cook everything for 2 more minutes.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in half of the grated hard cheese. Transfer meat with veggies into the baking tray and top it with the rest of grated cheese.
  5. Bake this delicious taco casserole for 25 minutes.
