Instructions:
  1. Peel tomatoes and chop them. Clean chili pepper from seeds and cut it into small slices, chop garlic and cilantro. Mash chili, cilantro, tomatoes and lemon zest into a smooth paste. Add a bit of salt and mix everything once again.
  2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water and lime juice to make this mass more liquid.
