Instructions:
  1. Take a large pan with a thick bottom. Heat oil in it and add meat. You can use either ground beef or ground turkey. Dust everything with the salt, stirring the beef constantly.
  2. Add the rest of spices. When the meat is ready, transfer it to the plate. Leave it to cool down.
  3. Take a frying pan and cook sliced onion, red bell pepper, chillies and mashed canned tomatoes in it. Cook for 3 minutes. Add minced garlic and oregano. Continue cooking until all the vegetables are soft.
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer the veggies for 15 minutes.
  5. If you want the tortillas to be softer, cook them in the pan on both sides. Preheat the oven.
  6. Coat a baking pan with oil or melted butter.
  7. Now it's time to cook the layers of this dish. Start with the tortillas. Cover them with beans, meat, grated cheese and sauce. Repeat everything 2 more times. Top everything with the cheese.
  8. Bake Mexican lasagna for 35 minutes.

Remove the pan from the oven. Leave it for 10 minutes before serving. You can eat this dish with mashed avocado, sour cream or fresh salad.

 This dish is healthier than Mexican lasagna with lasagna sheets, but still very tasty. Bon Appetit!
