Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F beforehand. Cover baking pan with melted butter or olive oil.
  2. Take a large bowl and whip cream cheese, sour cream, chili powder and garlic powder in it. This mass should be smooth and fluffy. If you like, you can replace sour cream with Greek yoghurt.
  3. Grate cheese on the coarse grater. The best choice is a mixture of Cheddar and Parmesan.
  4. Cut jalapeno peppers into slices and add them into the bowl with cheese.
  5. Combine everything with whisked cream mass. Transfer it into prepared baking pan.
  6. In a small bowl mix soft butter or margarine with breadcrumbs. Cover your meal with this mass.
  7. Bake this Mexican meal for about 15 minutes until cheese melts and become bubbly.

Serve Mexican Dip immediately while the cheese is still hot and melted. It tastes great with chips, tortillas and cornbread.
