Instructions:
  1. Take a big frying pan with a thick bottom. Preheat it and add oil. Cook chopped onion and sliced jalapeno peppers. Add meat into the pan.
  2. Cook ground beef, stirring constantly. Don’t forget to add spices: chili powder, salt. Pepper, paprika and cumin will make the taste of meat even better.
  3. Fry the meat with the vegetables for 10 minutes. The beef will become juicy and very yummy.
  4. Transfer the fried ground beef to the pan and get rid of the extra grease.
  5. Add grated hard cheese into the pan with the chimichanga filling.
  6. Preheat the tortillas in the microwave oven or on a tray for them to become softer.
  7. Now you can form chimichangas. Fill each tortilla with the mixture of meat and cheese. Fold it carefully. Do the same with the rest of tortillas.
  8. Fill a large skillet with a big amount of oil and cook your Mexican delicacy in it. Fry it for about a minute from both sides. When the dish is ready, you can take it out of the pan using tongs. Put it on a paper towel to get rid of extra oil.
