Instructions:
  1. Cut each chicken breast in 3 pieces. This way they will be cooked much faster. Put the chicken into a small pot.
  2. Pour Enchilada sauce carefully over the dish. Cook everything slowly for 20 minutes.
  3. There is no need to add water. Just stir everything occasionally.
  4. Transfer the chicken onto a plate and cut it into smaller pieces.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375 F. Sprinkle the bottom of a baking dish with oil. Now you can form the layers of the casserole.
  6. Put tortillas on the bottom of the dish. Add 1/3 of the chicken and the same amount of sauce. Add 1/3 of the cheese.
  7. Repeat everything with the rest of ingredients.
  8. Now you can bake the enchilada casserole. It will take 25 minutes.
