Meatloaf with Boiled Egg. Perfect Snack for Festive Meals and Everyday Dinners


Meatloaf is simple dish, you may cook for a snack. This is simple roll, made of yummy meat with cheese and your favourite spices. Most people prefer to use beef or chicken for cooking this dish. However I want to share with you another interesting recipe for yummy roll with lean pork. We`ll change the taste of the dish, adding hard-boiled eggs. You`ll love this nutritious and tasty snack!

  1. Cooking meatloaf isn`t that difficult. First, you`ll need to prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Start boiling eggs.
  3. Mash pork, using a meat grinder. You may chop it with the sharp knife instead.
  4. Add all the spices into the bowl with minced meat. I prefer to use salt, pepper, turmeric, paprika and dry garlic.
  5. As you use bright turmeric, your minced meat will have nice orange colour.
  6. Find a square form and fill it with the half of the whole meat mass. You do not need to cover the form with the oil or butter as the pork is fat enough. So meatloaf won`t stick to the bottom and the edges of the form.
  7. Peel hardboiled eggs and put them in the middle of the form.
  8. Cover them with the second layer of the minced meat. Form a tight roll.
  9. Dust this meat loaf with the grated cheese and start baking it in the preheated oven.
  10. Cook this yummy meatloaf with eggs for 35-40 minutes.

This delicious snack may be served with fresh vegetables or herbs. What`s more, this ingredient may be definitely used for cooking sandwiches. Bon Appetite!
