Meat With Vegetables In The Oven
If you cannot go on a picnic and cook grilled meat, here is an interesting alternative.
Total calories in the prepared dish
- Put bamboo skewers in the bowl with water for the whole night. In this case they won`t burn.
- Cut pork into cubes. The amount of ingredients depends on the number of people you want to feed.
- Add spices. You may choose anything you like.
- Leave this meat for several hours.
- Prepare vegetables. Wash them and cut into slices. I used zucchini, tomatoes, pepper and onion.
- String on all the ingredients.
- Put it into the oven for an hour.
When the dish is ready, dust everything with chopped greens. Bon Appetite!
