Instructions:
  1. Put bamboo skewers in the bowl with water for the whole night. In this case they won`t burn.
  2. Cut pork into cubes. The amount of ingredients depends on the number of people you want to feed.
  3. Add spices. You may choose anything you like.
  4. Leave this meat for several hours.
  5. Prepare vegetables. Wash them and cut into slices. I used zucchini, tomatoes, pepper and onion.
  6. String on all the ingredients.
  7. Put it into the oven for an hour.
