Wash vegetables (onion, pumpkin) and cut them into big pieces. Fry everything in the preheated frying pan, filled with the small amount of the olive oil.
Cut bread into small pieces. Put all the vegetables into the pot together with bread. Sprinkle everything with the wine vinegar. Add lemon juice.
Sprinkle everything with the rest of the olive oil. Add slices of the fried meat. Salt this dish.
