- Wash vegetables (onion, pumpkin) and cut them into big pieces. Fry everything in the preheated frying pan, filled with the small amount of the olive oil.
- Cut bread into small pieces. Put all the vegetables into the pot together with bread. Sprinkle everything with the wine vinegar. Add lemon juice.
- Sprinkle everything with the rest of the olive oil. Add slices of the fried meat. Salt this dish.
