This amazing meat stew may be cooked with any part of the cow. I recommend you to use tender meat for the process to take less time.
This yummy stew may be even without any garnish. All you need is a big spoon and several slices of bread.

Instructions:
  1. Cut beef into small cubes. Slice onion; chop garlic.
  2. Chop bacon into small pieces. Fill the deep pan with it. You do not need to add neither butter, no oil. Fry everything until ready. There should be enough fat in the pan.
  3. Now you may take bacon out of the pan and add beef.
  4. Slow down the fire. Add onion and red bell pepper. Fry everything, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Add garlic and spices and cook everything for 1 minute.
  5. Pour wine into the pan and boil all the ingredients for 3-4 minutes. Add mashed tomatoes and bacon. Pour more water if needed. Salt and pepper your dish to taste. Stew everything on the slow fire for 1-2.5 hours. Check, whether meat is ready, using a fork. When meat is already soft, you may add chopped herbs and turn off the fire.

Wait for 5 more minutes and serve it. Bon Appetite!
