Meat Stew With Potatoes
Meat stew with potatoes is very nutritious. You may eat it for lunch or dinner. All the vegetables may be replaced or excluded. Experiment with this recipe and you`ll find the perfect taste of such a stew.

First, wash meat, dry and cut it into middle-sized slices. Pour oil into the pan and cook meat in it.
Fry it until meat is crunchy. Then take it out of the pan and leave for several minutes.
While meat is being cooked, you may chop onion and garlic. Put these vegetables into the pan after cooking meat in it. In this case, vegetables will be juicy and tasty.
Add tomato sauce, mix all the ingredients and fry everything for several minutes.
Now put meat into the pan again. Add flour, mix ingredients and fry everything for 2-4 minutes.
Add water or broth into the pan. Salt and pepper everything to taste. Add bay leaf and one rosemary sprig. You may also add your favourite herbs into the pan. Boil this mass, cover the pan with the lid and stew for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Meanwhile you may prepare vegetables. Wash carrot and potatoes. Peel them and cut into pieces. Add into the pan and cook for 30 more minutes until these vegetables are soft.
In 20 minutes you may add green peas.
