Meat Roll with Pita

For cooking this tasty roll, we need to take minced meat. Put it into the big bowl; add salt, pepper and paprika. Pour cream into the meat mixture and add dry parsley to give it nice aroma and taste. Mix everything carefully.
Now it`s time to work with pitas. Put one pita bread on another for our future roll to be longer.
Melt some butter and lubricate pitas with it.
The first layer of the filling is grated cheese. Cover all the surface of pitas with it.
Then smear minced meat on the pita bread and start rolling it like the usual pancake.
When the roll is ready, you can start cooking the sauce. It`s really easy to make: get 2 eggs and whip them, slowly pouring milk into the bowl. Then add several spoons of ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise. Whip this souse until it`s ready.
Now it`s time to bake the roll. You need a round baking form. Lubricate it with the leftovers of the melted butter.
