Meat Pies. Simple Recipe for the Newbies
Warm and fragrant pies are one of those dishes, you should definitely try!

First, you`ll need to prepare the filling. Mix beef and pork.
Mash 1 clove of garlic and chop one onion. Fry everything in the pan with oil.
Meanwhile chop parsley. Add 1 tsp of salt, parsley, fried onion and 0.5 tsp of pepper into the bowl with minced meat. If this mass is too dry, you may add water or bouillon. Mix everything one more time.
Add butter (chopped with the knife) and mix it with the flour. Add eggs, yolks, sour cream and mix everything quickly.
It the dough is too thick, add more flour.
Flatten the dough and form small rings/ Fill each one with the stuffing.
Form yummy pies. Put them into the tray and leave for 30 minutes.
Cover each pie with whipped yolk. Bake them in the oven, preheated to 392 F for 20 minutes.
Put all these pies into the plate.
