  1. First, cook the dough. Melt butter and mix it with milk.
  2. Add one egg to the bowl and mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in the separate bowl. Mix salt, flour and baking soda.
  4. Slowly pour in milk mass. Combine everything until the dough is smooth. Knead the dough carefully.
  5. Form a tight ball and cover it with the plastic wrap. Leave it in the fridge for an hour.
  6. In the meantime cook yummy filling. Cut fresh meat into small cubes. We recommend using pork or beef. It is also a good idea to combine both types of meat.
  7. Cut mushrooms and onion into small cubes. Preheat the pan with the small amount of olive oil. Add onion and mushrooms to the pan and stew everything for 10 minutes until aal the ingredients are soft.
  8. Peel potato and cut everything into small cubes.
  9. When you`re done, preheat the oven to 350 F. Cover the form with the parchment.
  10. Cut the dough in 2 pieces. One of them should be bigger. Roll each part, forming a circle.
  11. Transfer 1 large piece to the pan and fill it with meat, mushrooms and veggies. Cover everything with the second layer of the dough.
  12. Bake everything for 1 hour. Your pie will be juicy and very tasty.
