Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Garlic and Fresh Herbs

Instructions:
  1. Bring the liquid to boil. We recommend using chicken broth or vegetable broth. Peel sweet potatoes and wash them carefully.
  2. Cut potatoes into large chunks. Boil them until potato is soft.
  3. Drain the liquid and mash potatoes carefully with the fork. Save 2 tablespoons of the stock.
  4. Mix mashed potato with butter and cream.
  5. Add reserved broth. Stir in grated garlic, chopped thyme, salt and pepper.
  6. Mix everything one more time. Serve it immediately.
