Mashed Potato with Garlic and Parsley

- Peel potato. Cut it into big slices. Add cold water and salt to taste. Boil everything on the slow fire.
- Meanwhile melt butter in the frying pan. Add chopped garlic and cook it until it`s ready.
- Strain water. Wipe potato. Cover the pan with the towel and leave it for 2-3 minutes. Then slowly mash it. Add warm milk and fried garlic.
Salt and pepper your garnish to taste. Mix everything carefully and enjoy this tender taste.
