Instructions:
  1. Peel potato. Cut it into big slices. Add cold water and salt to taste. Boil everything on the slow fire.
  2. Meanwhile melt butter in the frying pan. Add chopped garlic and cook it until it`s ready.
  3. Strain water. Wipe potato. Cover the pan with the towel and leave it for 2-3 minutes. Then slowly mash it. Add warm milk and fried garlic.

Salt and pepper your garnish to taste. Mix everything carefully and enjoy this tender taste.
