  1. Cook chocolate sponge cake. Mix an egg with 0.25 of sugar.
  2. Put this mass on the water bath and wait until sugar melts.
  3. Take the pan off the fire and whip until the mass is thick and white. Add the flour and cocoa powder. Mix everything and bake for 10 minutes at 356 F.
  4. Cook delicious mousses. Mix 1 pack of gelatin with 50 ml of warm water.

  13. Leave this cake in the fridge for 6-7 hours.
