- Meanwhile peel onion and chop it. Peel garlic and chop it as well.
- Preheat the frying pan with the vegetable oil. Cook onion on the slow fire. Add minced meat and fry it as well, stirring this mass constantly.
- Add salt, pepper, tomato sauce and water. Mix everything carefully and leave for several minutes.
- Strain macaroni and mix them with the minced meat.
