Instructions:
  1. Fry minced meat in the pan with the vegetable oil. Cook it for 5 minutes.
  2. Add tomato sauce, pour water into the pan. Cover it with the lid. Mix everything and boil.
  3. Add macaroni and stew this dish on the slow fire for 10 minutes.
  4. Add green peas, slices of carrot and continue cooking for 10 more minutes.
