Instructions:
  1. First, prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Fill the pan with the water. Add salt and boil it. Cook macaroni and wash them, using cold water.
  3. Grate hard cheese.
  4. Melt butter in the frying pan. Add the flour. Mix everything to get rid of the lumps.
  5. Slowly pour milk into the pan. Stir everything constantly. When the sauce is ready, mix everything carefully.
