Instructions:
  1. Cook fresh marinade: mix garlic with chopped mint and grated lemon zest. Add juice of the half of the lemon. Salt everything, add olive oil and pepper.
  2. Peel shrimp, wash them and wipe with the paper towel. Cook seafood in the pan with the olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add fried shrimp into the bowl with the marinade. Mix everything carefully and leave in the bowl for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Fill the plate with salad leaves. Add cherry tomatoes and warm shrimp.
  5. Add balsamic vinegar into the bowl with marinade. Mix everything and use this mass as a dressing.
