Little Snack Pies with Chicken

- First you`ll need to wash poultry and cut it into pieces. Boil chicken in the salty water. If you want, you may add bay leaf into the pan.
- Cook everything until meat is ready.
- Take all the meat out of the pan and separate into slam pieces.
- Peel onion and chop it.
- Melt butter on the big pan. Sauté onion until it`s ready.
- Add chicken and broth into the pan. Then you`ll need to add chopped garlic, salt, pepper and cream cheese.
- Mix everything carefully.
- Stew all the ingredients for 3-4 minutes. Take the pan off the fire.
- Leave it to cool down. Your filling is ready.
- Preheat the oven to 356 F.
- Mix flour with paprika and salt.
- Slowly add the pieces of the cold butter.
- Mix everything slowly, turning this mass into crumbs.
- Add water and mix everything, using a fork.
- Form a tight ball and cover it with the plastic wrap. Leave it in the fridge for several hours.
- Flatten the dough.
- Cut off small circles. Fill each one with the filling.
- Form small pies.
- Put these pies on the tray, covered with the vegetable oil or butter. Bake little pies for 15-20 minutes.
