  1. First you`ll need to wash poultry and cut it into pieces. Boil chicken in the salty water. If you want, you may add bay leaf into the pan.
  2. Cook everything until meat is ready.
  3. Take all the meat out of the pan and separate into slam pieces.
  4. Peel onion and chop it.
  5. Melt butter on the big pan. Sauté onion until it`s ready.
  6. Add chicken and broth into the pan. Then you`ll need to add chopped garlic, salt, pepper and cream cheese.
  7. Mix everything carefully.
  8. Stew all the ingredients for 3-4 minutes. Take the pan off the fire.
  9. Leave it to cool down. Your filling is ready.
  10. Preheat the oven to 356 F.
  11. Mix flour with paprika and salt.
  12. Slowly add the pieces of the cold butter.
  13. Mix everything slowly, turning this mass into crumbs.
  14. Add water and mix everything, using a fork.
  15. Form a tight ball and cover it with the plastic wrap. Leave it in the fridge for several hours.
  16. Flatten the dough.
  17. Cut off small circles. Fill each one with the filling.
  18. Form small pies.
  19. Put these pies on the tray, covered with the vegetable oil or butter. Bake little pies for 15-20 minutes.
