- Put bread into the bowl with milk. When it`s wet, mix this mass with the minced meat.
- Chop onion and garlic.
- Fry them in the pan with the small amount of the vegetable oil. Add parsley.
- Mix minced meat with the fried veggies. Add salt and pepper. Mix everything until smooth.
- Form small chops and roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Fry tender chops from both sides until they are ready.
