Instructions:
  1. Put bread into the bowl with milk. When it`s wet, mix this mass with the minced meat.
  2. Chop onion and garlic.
  3. Fry them in the pan with the small amount of the vegetable oil. Add parsley.
  4. Mix minced meat with the fried veggies. Add salt and pepper. Mix everything until smooth.
  5. Form small chops and roll them in breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry tender chops from both sides until they are ready.
