Instructions:
  1. Fry bacon in the pan, covered with the oil. Fry 2 eggs for 2-3 minutes. Do not stir them.
  2. Meanwhile cook toasts.
  3. Peel potatoes and cut each one into small cubes. Take bacon out of the pan. Fry potato in it.
  4. Cut tomatoes.
  5. Load the plate with all these ingredients and add fresh herbs.
