Light English Breakfast
Traditional English breakfast consists of bacon, sausages, fried eggs, tomatoes, beans, potato and toasts. It`s usually served with a cup of hot English tea. Today we`ll cook light version of this yummy and nutritious hot dish.
Total calories in the prepared dish
Fry bacon in the pan, covered with the oil. Fry 2 eggs for 2-3 minutes. Do not stir them.
Meanwhile cook toasts.
Peel potatoes and cut each one into small cubes. Take bacon out of the pan. Fry potato in it.
Load the plate with all these ingredients and add fresh herbs.
