  1. Melt the butter and leave it to cool.
  2. Peel 2 lemons.
  3. Grind lemons in a blender.
  4. Add the baking powder to flour and sift.
  5. Take a bowl, put eggs and whisk until fluffy, approx 1 minute
  6. Add sugar and whisk it.
  7. Add cool butter and whisk it again.
  8. Add lemon puree and mix everything.
  9. Add the flour in two stages, stir well.
  10. Grease baking pan with butter or a non-stick emulsion.
  11. Pour the dough into the prepared pan.
  12. Put in the oven, preheated to 356 F degrees and bake for 35-40  minutes until golden brown or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Leave it to cool.
  13. Let's cook a fudge. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
  14. Take a bowl, put sugar powder into it.
  15. Add lemon juice gradually and mix well.
  16. Cover the cake with fudge and leave it.
