Instructions:
  1. To make the process of cooking turkey pie easier, use frozen pie crust. This will make the recipe perfect for those who do not like spending much time in the kitchen.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425 F. Form small circles, cutting them out of the big piece of pie crust. Put each one into the baking pan.
  3. Take a saucepan and melt butter in it. Peel onion, chop it and add it into the pot with the butter. Fry it for 2 minutes, stirring from time to time. Add flour and spices. When all the ingredients turn into a smooth mass, pour milk and broth into the pot. Cook everything for 5 more minutes.
  4. Now add chopped turkey and vegetables. If you have a lot of fresh veggies, you can use them too. Still, it’s okay to use frozen vegetables. Cook them for 3-7 minutes. Now remove the pan from heat. This mass should be thick enough. Use them to stuff the would-be pie. Top everything with one more layer of the crust. Make several small cuts on the top of it to make your turkey pot pie look good.
