Lazy Snacks. Very Delicious Snack in Ten Minutes

Total calories in the prepared dish
- Grate fresh potatoes.
- Squeeze it with your hands to get rid of the juice.
- Set potato juice aside to settle the starch.
- Add the eggs to the grated potato.
- Chop the onion within a blender and add to the potato.
- Drain the potato juice and add the settled starch to the potato
- Add salt and mix well. The dough is ready
- Smear one tablespoon of the dough on the slice of bread.
- Do the same with the rest of slices.
- Pour cooking oil into the frying pan and heat it.
- Fry lazy snacks in the pan on dough side over medium heat until golden brown
Note: you can fry them from both sides, if you wish
