Instructions:
  1. First, you need to cook perfect sticky rice. Add it to the pan with 2 cups of water.
  2. Cook it for 15 minutes, following the instructions on the pack.
  3. Take a small saucepan and boil rice in it. Add salt and sugar. Mix everything slowly. In 1-2 minutes add this syrup to the pan with rice. Leave it to cool down.
  4. Cover the form with plastic wrap. Add the layer of nori. Sprinkle them with cold water.
  5. Peel red bell pepper and cut it into slices. Slice avocado and cucumbers.
  6. Cover nori with the layer of rice and cheese. Top it with red fish and veggies.
  7. Fold your snack and transfer it to the fridge for an hour.

When you`re done, cut everything into slices and serve with vassabi, soy sauce or any other spicy sauce. Bon Appetit!
