  1. Fill the deep bowl with boiled potatoes and mash it well. Try to make the mass without lumps.
  2. Mix mashed potatoes with semolina and dry paprika. Salt everything to taste.
  3. Slowly add into the bowl whole-meal. Mix the dough. It should be soft and elastic, but not sticky. You may waste more or less flour on it. Each recipe will be unique.
  4. Cut this potato dough into several parts. Roll each one into the “sausage”.
  5. Cut them into small pieces and roll in flour.
  6. While preparing the dumplings, put the pan with water in the oven. Boil it and salt.
  7. Put all the dumplings into boiling water. Start stirring immediately they will stick together.
  8. While our dumplings are in the oven, we can cook the sauté. Chop onion and fry it on the frying pan, lubricated with the oil. You may choose between vegetable and olive oil.
  9. Cut mushrooms into slices and add them to the onion. Fry for several minutes until it`s ready.
  10. When the dumplings are ready, use slotted spoon to take them out of the pan. Immediately put them into the frying pan with the sauté.
  11. Fry it for two more minutes together with mushrooms and onion. Pepper to taste.
