Instructions:
  1. Melt butter.
  2. Crash cookies in the big bowl. Turn it into crumbs, using your hands.
  3. Mix it with one tablespoon of sugar and melted butter. Put this soft mass on the tray, covered with baking paper and lubricated with butter. Cover the tray with the plastic wrap and put it into the fridge for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix cheese with eggs, sugar and sour cream in another bowl. Add lemon zest and juice. Whip everything until smooth.
  5. Cover the first layer with this tender cheese mass and bake everything in the oven, preheated to 356 F for about an hour.
  6. Leave your cheesecake to cool down.
