  1. Fill a bowl with milk. Add chia seeds into it and stir thoroughly, ensuring that there are no lumps. Set aside this mixture for 10 minutes. If you prefer a more fragrant dish, add cinnamon into the bowl.
  2. Peel a pear and cut it into pieces. Do the same with a banana but set the banana aside for the time being.
  3. Whip the pear with yoghurt in a blender, until it is smooth.
  4. Fill the bottom of the bowl with a layer of the chia seeds. Add a layer of banana. Cover it with whipped pear cream from the blender.
  5. Put the layer dessert into the fridge for an hour
