  1. To cook burgers that are keto diet friendly, choose healthy gluten-free buns. Cut them into two pieces.
  2. Now get down to cooking the meat. If you buy frozen ground beef, defrost it beforehand. Leave it in the fridge overnight. The following morning you need to strain the water and get down to kneading the ground beef. This way you will make the meat more tender and soft.
