  1. Cut the carrot and onion into small cubes. Peel the garlic.
  2. Preheat the frying pan with some olive oil. Sauté the onion cubes until they become golden-yellow.
  3. Add the carrot and garlic. Sauté everything for 5 more minutes.
  4. Add canned kidney beans into the pan and pour in the tomato sauce. If you prefer, you can replace the tomato sauce with tomato pulp. Stew everything for 5 more minutes.
  5. Pour vegetable broth into the pan. Simmer everything and occasionally stir.
  6. In a separate pan, boil macaroni in the salty water until it’s near fully cooked. Drain and add the macaroni into the pan with the sauce and kidney beans.
