Juicy Omelette with Chicken

  1. To begin with, cook chicken breast. You may use fresh poultry or frozen.
  2. Boil chicken in the pan with 500 ml of milk. Cover the pan with the lid and cook your chicken on the slow fire for several minutes.
  3. Wash herbs, wipe them and chop together with the onion.
  4. Mix eggs with 3 tablespoons of milk. Add salt. Whip everything very well.
  5. Add chopped herbs into the bowl.
  6. Cut chicken breast into big pieces.
  7. Preheat the frying pan. Cook onion in the pan until it`s soft.
  8. Then you`ll need to add the slices of boiled chicken. Cook it for a minute on the slow fire. Add salt and ground black pepper.
  9. Add hot chicken and soft onion into the bowl with whipped eggs. Mix everything carefully. Wipe the frying pan. Add butter and heat it until this ingredient melts. Pour eggs together with chicken and onion into the pan.
  10. Cook everything on the slow fire.
  11. Do not overcook the dish! It should be yellow, light and very juicy.

Serve omelette on the big plate and enjoy this breakfast together with your family.
