Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients. You`ll need to wash and pillow all the vegetables and choose a middle-sized chicken.
  2. Wash chicken well and cut it into separate parts.
  3. Cut carrot, pepper and onion into small cubes. Chop the herbs.
  4. Put all these vegetables into the pan with the preheated olive oil and sauté them for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Then put all these vegetables into the pot. Use the leftovers of the oil to fry chopped garlic. Add thin slices of chili pepper to make the oil more fragrant. Add the slices of meat into this pan. Stew meat until it`s half ready.
  6. Add meat into the pot with the vegetables.
  7. Cut the top of each tomato cross-wise and put them into the pot with the boiling water. Chop them into the cubes.
  8. Add this soft tomato into the pot. If you like, you may add 1 more spoon of olive oil to enrich the taste of the chicken. Stew everything for 10 more minutes on the slow fire. If you want your dish to remind classical Asian meals, add a pinch of salt into the pot.
