  1. Take 3 tbsp. of sugar. Add the rest of it into the bowl and whip it with the yolks. Whip it until the sugar melts. As the result you`ll have nice white mass.
  2. Melt the butter in the microwave oven. When it melts, add ½ of it into the bowl with whipped eggs and sugar. Mix everything. Then add milk and mix everything again.
  3. Add wheat flour and baking powder into it. Mix everything until the mass is smooth.
  4. Take baking form. I recommend you to use round one. Cover it with baking paper and pour the dough into it.
  5. Peel fruit. Cut apples into slices and put them into the form as well. Pour the rest of melted butter into the form and dust your pie with the sugar.
  6. Preheat the oven to 356 degrees and bake your pie for 35 minutes.
