Italian meatballs with tomato sauce

This is an interesting recipe for everyday ration. These meatballs with grated cheese are creamy and spicy. Homemade sauce is very yummy as well. You may save it and eat with mashed potato or any other dish.

Instructions:
  1. Put crusts into the bowl and add water. Mix minced meat with chopped garlic, parsley, cheese, egg, salt, pepper and crusts. Mix all these ingredients well. Use teaspoon to form small meatballs. Preheat frying pan, filled with oil. Cook meatballs from both sides.
  2. When they are ready, put them on the paper towel.
  3. Take the pan with the rest of fat. Add chopped onion and garlic. Fry them well. Then add tomatoes, pour broth into the pan and add salt with pepper and herbs.
  4. Cover the pan with the lid. Stew everything for 15-20 minutes, stirring everything constantly.
  5. Put these meatballs into the pan and boil everything for 5-7 minutes. This dish may be served with any garnish, for example, buckwheat or mashed potato.
