Instructions:
  1. First, cook tender meat filling. Mash pork or beef using a powerful blender. Add chopped garlic, breadcrumbs and chopped herbs.
  2. Take a separate bowl and whisk an egg in it. Add it to the meat filling. Salt and pepper it to taste and mix carefully.
  3. Cover large plate with the plastic wrap. Transfer all the meatballs to this plate and leave them to cool down for an hour.
  4. Preheat the frying pan with the small amount of vegetable oil. Fry yummy meatballs from both sides.
  5. Add tomato sauce, cover the pan with the lid and sauté everything for a half an hour.
  6. Preheat buns and cut each one. There should be enough space for the meatballs in the middle of the bun.
  7. Grate hard cheese on the coarse grater. Fill each bun with meatballs. Top everything with tomato sauce and grated cheese.
