Instructions:
  1. Tenderize meat and rub both sides with both the spices and pepper.
  2. Whip the eggs with mayonnaise and flour. Add salt and pepper. Whip everything, using mixer.
  3. Grate hard cheese on the coarse grater.
  4. Dip each piece of meat into the bowl with the whipped egg and immediately put the cutlet into a preheated pan. Add the layer of grated cheese. Cover it with the rest of the whipped egg.
  5. Cook the poultry on both sides for 5-10 minutes.

This dish should be served hot as this will ensure that it is tender enough and yummy. Decorate each portion with fresh chopped herbs.

If you want to make the dish more fragrant, add sesame oil or turmeric into the bowl with the whipped eggs.
