Instructions:
  1. For this recipe you`ll need to use Italian bread – ciabatta. Fry it on the dry pan until there is a golden crust. You may also bake the it in the oven at 392 F for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Cut tomatoes into small cubes. Chop garlic.
  3. Preheat the frying pan. Add olive oil, garlic and tomatoes. Cook them for a minute or two. Add balsamic cream, mix everything carefully and take the pan off the fire.
  4. Cover the slices of ciabatta with the rest of the olive oil. Add the layer of warm vegetables, salt and fresh black pepper.
  5. Decorate the dish with the chopped herbs.

Serve this snack with the glass of wine or your favorite juice. Bon Appetite!
