  1. Wash the meat and wipe it with the paper towel. Cut the meat off the ribs and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Preheat the pot with the thick bottom. Pour oil into it and start cooking lamb.
  3. Meanwhile cut onion into cubes and add it into the pan as well. Slow down the fire and continue cooking, stirring from time to time.
  4. Peel potato and cut each vegetable into 8 pieces. Add them into the pan.
  5. Peel carrot, cut it into thin circles. Put these bright slices into the pan together with dry thyme. Finally add canned beef, if you like.
  6. Cover the vegetables and meat with dark beer. Cover the pan with the lid and leave it for 2 hours.
  7. Cut red bell pepper into small squares and add them into the pan with the meat. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  8. Chop the cabbage and add it to the rest of the ingredients as well. Stew everything for15-20 minutes.
  9. Take the pan off the fire. Add salt. Now add two eggs ti make the sauce thicker. Mix everything one more time.
