I`ve already shared with you the recipe of Thai-style omelette. This is one more recipe, inspired by one of my trips. This dish has nothing in common with traditional Indian cuisine. Still we`ve eaten it in this country and now I want to inspire you on cooking the same delicacy.
Total calories in the prepared dish
Cut mushrooms and ham. Grate cheese on the coarse grater.
Whip eggs and herbs.
Find nice frying pan, lubricate it with the small amount of water and pour whipped eggs into it.
Fry it for several minutes on the slow fire.
Then add grated cheese and the rest of ingredients.
Fold it, forming an envelope.
Now you need to fry it from both sides.
This omelette is a perfect breakfast. Eat it with toast or greens and you won`t feel hunger for several hours. Bon Appetite!
