Instructions:
  1. Cut mango in two pieces. Get rid of the pit. Mash the flesh with the fork and put this mass into the pot with the thick bottom and the edges.
  2. Add ground ginger, 2 tbsp of the orange juice, turmeric, sugar and tobacco sauce into the pot. Salt this mass and mix everything carefully.
  3. Heat this mass slowly. Stir everything constantly. Take a separate bowl and mix orange juice with the starch. Add these ingredients into the pot as well.

When the dish is ready, take the pot off the fire and leave it to cool down. Your chutney is ready. You may pour it into the glass jars. Leave them in the fridge, where they can be stored for about a week.
