Instructions:
  1. Grate cauliflower on the coarse grater.
  2. Add salt and spices. Chop herbs and put them into the bowl as well. Next you can slowly add the flour. Knead the dough very carefully. The mixture should be rather wet.
  3. Divide this dough into small balls and put them on the table.
  4. Preheat the pot with the vegetable oil. Dip each ball into the hot oil. Cook it for several minutes. Be careful that the structure of the ball is not spoiled.
  5. Fry these crunchy balls for 5-6 minutes. Take them out of the pan and put them on a paper napkin.
