Instructions:
  1. Immerse the fish into a dish filled with cold water. Cover it with plastic wrap.
  2. Cut the fish horizontally. Cook it in the slow cooker for 5 minutes. Strain the water.
  3. Using a fork divide the fish fillet into several pieces, discarding the bones and skin.
  4. Take a big pan. Melt the butter in the pan for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add rice and curry. Pour water and cover the pan with a lid. Continue cooking the dish for 15 minutes.
  6. Take another pan and sauté a pack of frozen vegetables. Cook them until they are soft. Meanwhile, mix cream with parsley.
  7. Fill the plate with the boiled rice. Add fresh herbs and the stewed vegetable mixture, as well as the fish. Decorate each portion with the hard-boiled eggs. Serve this meal with fragrant sour cream and parsley.
