Instructions:
  1. Put the fish into the flat plate with the cold water. Cover it the plastic wrap.
  2. Cut the fish crosswise. Cook in the slow cooker for 5 minutes. Strain the water.
  3. Take a fork and divide the fillet into several pieces. Meanwhile you`ll need to get rid of the bones and skin.
  4. Take the big bowl. Fill it with the butter and melt it carefully for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add rice and curry. Pour water and cover the pan with the lid. Continue cooking the dish for 15 minutes.
  6. Take another pan and sauté a pack of the frozen vegetables. Cook them until they are soft. Meanwhile mix cream with parsley.
  7. Fill the plate with the boiled rice. Add fresh herbs and stewed vegetable mixture. Decorate each portion with the hard-boiled eggs. Serve this meal with the fragrant sour cream and parsley.
