Huge Shrimp with Cherry Tomatoes and Fried Onion


Seafood tastes great with a glass of fragrant white wine. Here is the recipe for shrimp, you may cook for the whole family. Be sure, everyone will love its taste.

  1. If you`ve bought fresh shrimp, you`ll need only peel them. When you need to work with the frozen seafood, defrost it beforehand. Leave shrimps in the pot with cold water for 5-7 minutes. Strain the water and wipe shrimp, using paper towels.
  2. Add salt, pepper, mashed garlic (or garlic salt) into the bowl with the seafood. Mix everything carefully.
  3. Leave shrimp to marinade. Meanwhile cut onion into thin slices. Preheat the frying pan and cook onion with melted butter until it`s golden-yellow.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes into the pan and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Put onion and tomatoes on the big plate. Add more melted butter and start frying shrimp. Cook them from both sides for 1-2 minutes.

Serve huge fried shrimp with tomatoes and onion. Sprinkle everything with lime juice and enjoy the taste!
