Instructions:
  1. For cooking delicious bacon cheeseburger, you`ll need to prepare all the ingredients beforehand.
  2. Wash tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. Do the same with the onion.
  3. Preheat the frying pan and start cooking thin slices of the bacon. Don`t forget to add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Fry it for 40 minutes from both sides. In this case the bacon will be really fragrant and crunchy. If you overcook it, it will be too dry.
  5. Then you`ll need to caramelize the onion. Preheat the clean frying pan and add the mixture of soft butter and olive oil into it. Cook it for several minutes until the onion is golden-yellow. Add one spoon of the balsamic vinegar. It will make the taste of your dish even better!
  6. Meanwhile you`ll need to cook the chop. Cover it with the sauce from both sides and wrap it into the layer of the tinfoil.
  7. Fry the chop from both sides in the preheated pan. Cook it for 2 minutes from both sides. In this case, it will be crunchy but still juicy inside!
  8. Now it`s high time to get down to forming the bacon burger.
  9. Cut the bun in two pieces and fry it in the pan with the leftovers of the fat. In this case it will be yummy and fragrant. Turn the fire off and leave the pan alone for a minute.
  10. Don`t forget to cook the sauce. Take a separate bowl and mix ketchup with sour cream and mustard in it. Add several drops of the Tabasco sauce. This combination of ingredients won`t spoil the taste of meat.
  11. Cover the bun with the layer of onion.
  12. Then you may add the layer of the sauce. Some cooks recommend to add salad leaves beforehand. However it`s not a good idea. This is a homemade burger, so you may follow our recipe and not to think about the fact that your burger will be too wet.
  13. Cover the chop with the two pieces of cheese from both sides. Leave this chop for 10 seconds. As soon as the cheese melts, put the chop on the top of the bun.
  14. Decorate it with the thin slices of the pickles.
  15. Add thin slices of the tomato. Finally, you may add the layer of salad and sauce.
  16. Decorate your snack and cover it with the leftovers of the sauce.
